Vitality Resilience Experience™

What if your employees could better understand how they react under pressure, so they can regain calm, energy and the ability to act?

Under pressure, reactions often become automatic: the pace speeds up, attention scatters and the ability to step back diminishes. Vitality Resilience Experience™ allows participants to observe their own stress response first-hand, then try simple conscious breathing and heart coherence techniques.

A practical experience that helps everyone recognise their signals more clearly, return to a balanced state more quickly and develop useful reference points for everyday working life.

Making visible what happens under pressure

The experience begins indoors with a practical exploration of the mechanisms of stress and recovery.

Thanks to individual biofeedback measurement, each participant can observe some of the effects of their breathing and experience heart coherence in a directly perceptible way.

The group then continues the experience outdoors. Guided exercises put the tools into practice through movement, attention and contact with nature.

This alternation between understanding, observation and experimentation makes the learning more concrete and easier to apply in everyday working life.

Practical reference points, experienced first-hand

  1. Conscious breathing

Observe and adjust your breathing as a first lever for self-regulation.

  2. Heart coherence

Discover a simple breathing practice with directly perceptible effects.

  3. Individual biofeedback measurement

Make visible some of the effects of breathing on your own state.

  4. Attention exercises

Create a moment to step back and return to a more focused and receptive state.

  5. Practice in a natural setting

Try the tools outdoors, through movement and observation.

  6. Time for reflection and sharing

Put the experience into words and create shared reference points within the team.
