Annapurna — events & incentives crafted for impact

Cookie policy

Version 2026-10-08.1 — applicable to this version of the website on 8 October 2026.

Controller and contact

Annapurna, Belgium, is responsible for tracking choices on this website. For any question about your privacy: corporate@annapurna.be or private@annapurna.be. Publisher information is available in the Legal Notice.

Necessary storage

  • annapurna-state-v4 — Annapurna: session storage of your activity selection, preferences and request draft. It contains the contact details and information you enter, in the current tab, until it is closed. Without a selection or input, no draft is created. It is not used for audience measurement.
  • annapurna-cookie-consent-v1 — Annapurna: local storage of your statistics and draft-retention choices, the version of this policy and the dates of the choice and its expiry. Six months maximum. No tracking identifier.
  • tsr-scroll-restoration-v1_3 — TanStack Router, for Annapurna: session storage of scroll positions linked to your navigation. It lets you return to your place when going back, is not used for audience measurement and disappears when the tab is closed.
  • __dpl — Lovable: technical cookie routing you to the current version of the website. Observed duration: 24 hours. It is not used by Annapurna for audience measurement. Its exact purpose on the hosting side remains to be confirmed.
  • Administration session — Lovable Cloud: an authentication token may be kept in local storage when an authenticated session is used. It is not part of an ordinary public visit; its duration depends on the session and ends on sign-out or deletion.

These functions serve the requested service or remember your choice and do not require prior cookie consent. The contact details you enter are processed to prepare and handle your request, not to track you.

Restoring your draft — with your consent

If you enable this option, Annapurna also keeps annapurna-state-v4 in this device’s local storage so you can find your selections and request on a future visit. It may contain your name, email, phone, company, context and preferences. This cross-visit retention is not strictly necessary: it relies on your consent, for a maximum of six months. Withdrawing it deletes the local copy; your request remains usable in the current tab. On expiry, the local copy is deleted the next time the website is opened.

Audience measurement disabled

The website used the Lovable tool (~flock.js and ~api/analytics), with a 30-minute session-id cookie. This tool collected a random identifier, the full pages and addresses visited, the referring page, browser characteristics, language and a country inferred from the time zone. The provider’s event retention period has not been confirmed.

These statistics are not strictly necessary and require your prior consent. They are now blocked, before and after your choice, until a consent-controllable solution is available. No advertising tool, marketing pixel or embedded third-party video has been identified. Any material change in purposes or providers will lead to a new consent request.

Accepting, rejecting or withdrawing your choice

Accepting and rejecting are equally simple. Continuing to browse, closing the panel or scrolling a page does not count as consent. The “Manage cookies” link remains available in the footer. Rejecting statistics or withdrawing your consent blocks neither browsing nor forms. Withdrawal deletes the session-id identifier accessible to the website. Your new choice replaces the previous one; draft storage and necessary functions remain independent.

Technical services and limits

Pages and photographs are served by Lovable and its delivery services. These services receive the information needed for the connection, including the IP address and browser headers. The infrastructure may apply security protections. This does not constitute a general exemption for audience measurement. The Plus Jakarta Sans font is served directly by the website: no call to Google Fonts is needed. Existing data-protection information remains available in the legal notice. No statistics provider is activated under a presumed exemption.
