Decoding together

A message made of mysterious symbols, clues to discover and several hypotheses to compare: Crack the Code gives the team a concrete, fast-paced challenge. To move forward, participants must share what they observe, listen to others' interpretations and choose together which leads to follow.

They can also call on AI. It then becomes a tool to be questioned and checked, rather than an answer to be accepted automatically. The game thus highlights how the team communicates, reasons and makes decisions collectively.

What participants experience

  1. A message to decode

Mysterious symbols that only reveal their meaning when observations are connected.

  2. Clues to discover

Each person spots elements that others haven't seen.

  3. Hypotheses to compare

Several leads are possible: the team must choose which ones to follow.

  4. AI as an optional tool

An option offered to the group, to be questioned and verified rather than simply followed.

What the experience can provide

  • Sharing observations

Circulating information so the group can progress together.

  • Comparing ideas

Listening to others' interpretations before making a decision.

  • Deciding together

Choosing which leads to follow and owning the group's choices.

  • A unifying moment

A fun and accessible challenge that brings the team together around a common goal.

Who it’s for

For teams who want a stimulating deduction challenge, to pool their ideas and experience a collaboration where the quality of discussion matters as much as speed.

  • Strengthen cohesion and collaboration
  • Share an enjoyable, unifying moment
