Kintsugi Experience™

What if your team took the time to acknowledge what it has been through—and what it wants to build next?

After an intense period, a change or a shared challenge, some experiences deserve more than a quick debrief. Kintsugi Experience™ offers the team a time to create, reflect and connect in a new way.

A time to create, reflect and connect in a new way

Inspired by the Japanese symbolism of Kintsugi, each participant works on a personal object they have brought for the workshop.

Creation, individual reflection and storytelling open up a space to acknowledge what has been experienced, the lessons that emerge, and what deserves attention for future collaboration.

A concise introduction to the symbolism of Kintsugi, a creative session with their object, personal reflection and guided group discussions.

Each person leaves with the object they brought. Sharing a personal story is optional.
